A duplicate listing of MPD-006. This die pair is found in proof and business strike format. Exhibits gentle repunching under the base of the 4, on the western side. This repunching might not be visible on lower grade specimens. However, the misplaced date is what makes this variety an exciting find. High grade specimens will exhibit heavy polish lines in the denticles, as if the die was harshly scrubbed. Some of these die lines might be the remants of other digits.
What appears to be the top of a 0 is in the denticles, between the 9 and 0 in the date. The top of a 4 appears between the 0 and 4. Very slight repunching under the base of the 4 might not be visible on lower grade specimens. There is a hair-like hub-through under Liberty's ear. High grade specimens can exhibit heavy polish lines, as if the die was harshly scrubbed. Some of these die lines might be the remants of other digits.
Die line inside the corner of the shield's southeastern tip. Olive leafs are well away from the denticles. Right shield tip is connected to the denticles.
