Class V, Pivot Hub Doubling CW.
Doubling shows as a extremely strong CCW spread on LIBERTY, initial L, eye, nose, mouth, the profile and many of the feathers. Doubling also shows on the first S and and also the ES of STATES. The pivot is about 5 o'clock.
Small die crack through the base of the date from the rim.
Paired with two non-variety, Type 3 'Bold N' reverses.
