Triple Punched Date: 1864/1864/186
Triple punched 1 with the first 1 north seen above the base and top and to the left. Second 1 south seen below the base. Triple punched 8 with the first 8 south seen below the top and middle, the second north seen above the top, middle and bottom. Triple punched 6 with the first 6 north seen above the bottom. The second 6 shows above the top, middle and bottom. Repunched 4 north seen above the middle.

The date punch was broken at the top of the 8 on the underlying date punched to the north. Raised dot in center of U of UNITED.
